Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Vendeur sérieux, envois rapide, bien emballé dans une enveloppe papier bulle. Ce sont des petits kits de couverts légers, pliables, qui se rangent dans un petit étui. ( type cordura ) Autres petit point intéressant à noter, c’est qu’il y a un système de blocage coulissant qui empêche les couverts de se replier pendant qu’on les utilise ! ( voir photo )
