Shipping Guidelines

1.  Turnaround All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

  • Worldwide shipping to approved countries. We don’t ship to internationally black listed countries.
  • Orders processed after payment verification.
  • We ship to your confirmed order address (Shipping Address)
  • It is your duty to clear custom and pay for import duties, taxes or charges unless stated otherwise in supplier’s Shipping Policy.
  • If you have not received your order after 16 days from payment, please contact us. We will trace your order and come back to you as soon as possible. Most packages will arrive in 16 days or much faster. Delivery time may very due to many factors especially during peak seasons.

2.  Order Tracking 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using standard post mail will not have tracking numbers.

3.  Shipping.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Some products offered with free worldwide shipping (Please check the product’s shipping details at the product page –> shipping).

4.  Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
