We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for available products ordered from our warehouses in USA by USPS and in China by ePacket or EMS.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
Import Duty is buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs import duty/duty tax once the items have been shipped out. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped out to you and may get custom fees when they arrived at your country.
Different countries have different fees. For example, consignments destine for Europe with values above €150.00 will be subject to VAT upon import. Whereas, US Customs imposes tariffs (Import Duty/Duty Tax) on all imported goods valued at $800 or more. Values below $800 are tax-free. Malaysia customs, on the other hand imposes tariffs on all imported goods valued more then RM500. Values below RM500 are tax-free (Disclaimer: we are not responsible for the accuracy of these info).

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped out but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
