All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund is submitted to our customer’s bank immediately. It can take around 5 – 10 working days to show up in the customer’s bank account, depending on the customer’s bank processing time.
Paypal/Billplz/Stripe/Banks do not return their fees when a payment is refunded. As of August 2021, the online transaction fees for Stripe (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), PayPal (3.49% + $0.49 per transaction) and Billplz (RM1.50 / paid FPX transaction). Please refer to the payment network’s website for their latest applicable fees for online transaction.
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, Imanika Enterprise Store Products may be returned in their original packaging and condition (including all accessories and components provided) within 30 days of purchase. However, unless we tell you otherwise, you will only be entitled to a refund if we provide you with an item that does not match the product description of the item that you purchased. If that occurs, your exclusive remedy is to return the item in unused condition, in exchange for a refund. To begin the return process, please contact us. Return shipping instructions will be provided. Imanika will cover the cost of return shipping and will refund your purchase price in full.
