Payment Methods

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1. After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

Some of our customers use PayPal because:

• Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
• When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
• When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

Billplz accepts payments via multiple payment methods such as FPX online banking, credit card, Paypal and eWallet. FPX enables customers in Malaysia to pay directly via online payout from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank’s payment page to log in and approve payment.

Stripe is certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry. Stripe enables easy and fast checkout using credit cards, debit cards, etc.

Alipay enables customers to pay directly via online transfer from their bank account. Customers will be redirected to Alipay’s payment page to log in and approve payments.

Only the Payment Methods  that match your Billing Address/Cards Registered Address and/or selected currency will be shown at the Checkout page (Example: If the selected currency is US$ but the billing address is in Malaysia, the price at the Checkout will be shown in US$ (as per selected currency/auto detect currency based on your Geo Location) and MYR in bracket (MYR).  You will see payment options via PayPal, Billplz and Stripe only at the Checkout. For the payment, you will be billed in (MYR) to match with your Billing Address/Card’s registered address. This way, you will not be charged for Currency Conversion by your bank.

Note : If your billing address is not the same as your card’s registered address or your card credit limit has been exceeded or your account balance is insufficient or your card has expired or  your card (e.g., Visa/Mastercard/American Express) has certain restrictions operating in certain countries or accepting certain currencies (see *), your payment may be denied by your bank (Please check with your bank for clarification if you are unsuccessful with your payment transaction).

1. BillPlz/FPX – accept MYR Currency only (T&C applies).
2. PayPal/Visa/Mastercard/American Express – accept MYR*, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB, TWD, USD, BRL*, CNY* Currencies only (T&C applies).
3. Stripe/Visa/Mastercard – accept all currencies in 2. above + other currencies accepted by Stripe Worldwide only (T&C applies).
4. Stripe Alipay – accepts CNY, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, SGD, MYR*, NZD, USD currencies only (T&C applies).

Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of date of order.
