Our unique details: The motivation to launch the online marketplace first came from the owner’s inspiration to help others who cannot effort to build their own online shop make extra money from selling their products and services online where they can quickly reach the global market within minutes after setting up their online stores using our platform. We do understand that their audiences may come from different backgrounds and cultures, as such, we provide our marketplace with a feature that can translate English language texts into 100 over different languages.

Our work culture: Our online stores are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our teams can respond to any enquiry or request for support within 24 hours (during weekdays) or 48 hours (during the weekend or public holidays). Our customers can channel their request through email, vendor support ticket, members’ built-in messaging system or Live Support Chat. We treat our users’ satisfaction, privacy and information security as highly important.

Our buyers will have complete information about the products and services being sold and the prices charged. To protect our customers’ interests, we do provide sellers’ document validation services, we hold the payment to sellers until their customers acknowledge receipt of the product that they ordered in good condition and we handle disputes between sellers and buyers.

      Thank you for reaching out. By the way, did you get my replies in your previous email quite sometimes ago. I just want to make sure that we responded to your enquiry and received our reply.

      As per your latest enquiry, may I know whether you want to be our vendor or our agent? If you have something to sell, for example, physical products such as handycraft, or downloadable products such as e-book, or bookable products/services such as homestay or rental services, then you can register online as our vendor/seller (Vendor Terms & Conditions apply). If you don’t have products/services to offer, then you can still register as our vendor but instead of selling your own products/services, you be our agent/dropship where where you can earn some commission between 10 – 20% of the value of the products listed on your online store. In both cases, you can get our help to setup your online store and answers your technical questions regarding your store. To enable us to help you, we need to have constant communication so that we can serve our customers better so that they can become our loyal/repeat customers.
